  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

When I give you a bid, I always want to be as fair as possible. I include percentages of everything it takes for me and my team to be there and do the job. Experienced professionals know the value of a job, I intend to get your business with money left over in your budgets.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First I like to gain trust. After your sure you found the right professional, I will need to put eyes on the job. I need to evaluate everything the job requires to give a more accurate estimate. Afterwards, it's always best to know if you accept or not. That allows me to start planning and scheduling and allows me to get to your job asap and has me ready for the next customer. It normally doesn't take me long to check my books and work with you on the best date to begin work.

Hours and hours of online training for trimming around power lines, operating Arial lifts, CPR, Arial rescue.

I started as a kid cutting firewood to keep warm in the cold winters. When I turned 18 I was hired by the power company to trim trees away from the power lines. I also do residential work . Through the years I have started studying more than just chopping them up. As of today I'm able to distinguish much more than just dead trees and firewood.

I work with customers on disability or people in tight spots. I can also work with your insurance company. Being on a budget has not been a problem.

My last job opportunity I was hired for, the customer asked me to trim two little trees and that's all she asked for. I completed the job but I went and took care of fertilizing them as well. I go above and beyond for anyone I can.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
